Pero su respuesta siempre (o casi siempre) es \u201cno\u201d, \u201cno quiero\u201d, o algo parecido. Adem\u00e1s, lo dice de forma contundente y autoritaria. Y al principio lo gestionas bien, pones tu mejor cara, sacas la paciencia de donde no la hay, etc. Pero llega un punto que ya no puedes m\u00e1s. As\u00ed pues, es muy importante buscar estrategias para ayudar a tu hijo a cambiar de actitud, lo que te permitir\u00e1 tambi\u00e9n vivir m\u00e1s relajadamente y sin tanta tensi\u00f3n.
